Calling hours
Calling hours enforced to the national TCPA window (8 a.m. to 9 p.m., prospect’s local time). This is the federal window. You remain responsible for narrower state calling-hour rules.

The check runs before the dial and the result shows on the contact record, so the rep sees it before calling.
Do you enforce state-specific calling hours?+
Nohl enforces the national TCPA window. Some states have narrower windows, and those remain your responsibility.
Where does consent live?+
On the contact record, with the date it was captured, visible to anyone on the team who opens the contact.
